Why Men Love Women's Body

Share

When I was a kid, I’ve always regarded these round, sometimes droopy or even pointy durian-thorn-like organs as nen-nen or tee-tees. I somehow find them strange yet fascinating as to how they can be left hanging out a woman’s chest without falling to the ground. It’s amazing how they defy gravity; it’s like magic. As much as kids adore magic, I, for one was not.

The sight of it disgusted me and I questioned its existence almost every day. They were ugly in my eyes and never would I want to have a pair myself until one day I looked at myself in the mirror and saw my grape-like seeds blooming into beautiful morning glory. I swore I felt like cutting them off. I was constantly teased at school for being an early bloomer. Much to my chagrin, I wore oversized school uniform to hide my imperfection. I even wore tight singlets that crushed my growing breasts. But that didn’t help as they were growing each day. They even hurt when I touched them with a little more pressure than I normally would.

I hate them. I wish I was a boy.

As the years go by, I saw my friends having breasts like mine. For once, I felt normal - no longer did I feel inferior. The teasing stopped but the praising came, especially from my flat-chested friends. They wished they had breasts like mine. From that moment onwards, I celebrated my God given breasts. I adored them and I learnt to love my body. Oh, and men sure do worship them!

Whatever shape and size they may be, be sure to save these precious assets from foreign cells.

Happy World Breast Cancer Day!

I found this interesting breast cancer awareness public service announcement when I was researching for my breast cancer documentary in May this year. It's sexy, distracting and the message sells too. I thought I might like to share it with you. And since we’re at it, did I tell you that my documentary won my team Best Documentary Award in my college’s Golden Achievement Awards (similar to Oscars)? I wrote a post about it too.
